Bike & tour service
When nothing works any more, we come and get you: rider and bike, wherever on the island you happen to be standing. Book us as your personal backup.
A flat tyre with no puncture kit, a storm over the Tramuntana, a knee that says no, or a lunch that was simply too good: there are many reasons a stage does not get finished. And you do not have to explain any of them to us. You send us your location on WhatsApp, we come with the van and bring you and your bike back to the house.
Not only for our guests
For anyone who has booked a cycling week with us, the biketaxi is part of the package, just like the hotline. But we drive for everyone else too: you are out on the island with your own bike, you have misjudged it and you are standing in Cala Rajada while your hotel is in Alcúdia? Call us. We are out with the minibus island-wide, and usually somewhere nearby anyway.
How it works
A call or a WhatsApp with your location, and we tell you when we will be there. Usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on where you are and where we are. Bikes go on the rack or into the van, you go in the passenger seat. For non-guests we quote the price on the phone before we set off.
One small tip: better to let us know once too early than once too late. A call at three is a calmer thing than a call after dark.

Questions about it
Across the whole island. We are mainly out in the centre and the east, but we pick up from Sóller or Santanyí too. Longer runs take longer, and we will tell you that honestly on the phone.
It depends on the distance and the number of people. We quote you the price on the phone before we set off. For our cycling-week guests it is part of the package.
